The petitioner now says the substance of their marriage has been dissipated and has no basis to be sustained from a league and/or social standpoint.”
Joho previously divorced with his first and if Madina succeeds in getting the divorce approved she will be the second wife to separate with the flamboyant governor.
Joho’s third wife is said to be living in the UK.
